Q: Need to make an amendment to your order?
If you notice anything that is incorrect, please contact us immediately via telephone on +44 (0)1388 528000. As our production processes run 24 hours a day, it is unlikely that we will be able to make any adjustments to the order but we will do our best to help you. Please note there is a £5.00 admin charge for this service.
Q: Where is my order?
If you have allowed the requested time, please contact your local sorting office and enquire if your goods are being held there, even if you have not received a 'While you were out' card. If your goods are not there, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your name, order number, and full delivery address.
